“Dave, and by association, STAT HEATING & AIR, is one of the most pleasant and amazing experiences I have ever had working with a furnace contractor. I had a wall furnace in my office that failed every other year for the last five or six years. I called many HVAC-contractors, most of whom did not want to work with my wall furnace under any circumstances . Those who did, arrived with a solution to replace the parts in my furnace. They would leave telling me it worked, and the next day it didn’t. This year it went on for six weeks. Weekly visits. My office unheated during the coldest months. Those who did come, after trying to fix the furnace decided II should buy a new furnace. I was ready to do so, but thought I’d take one last chance to Google HVAC repair. I was desperate. Dave answered the phone, Came to my office, diagnosed the problem which was resistance in the electrical line between the thermostat and the igniter on the furnace. Don’t quote me on that explanation, because I have little understanding of mechanics and I’m not sure what the proper wording would be. He found the reset button for an overheating furnace creating resistance in the line. A small part that caused a large expense over the years. He repaired my furnace and put a smile on my face, all the time treating me like an important person . He gifted me with a new carbon monoxide detector. And charged me a very reasonable price for everything. If you want an honest, straightforward individual to work with you and your HVAC system, I highly recommend Dave and Stat Heating and Air.”

“I normally am not a review guy. However in this case a review is necessary. Recently I bought a place in Santa Rosa, a fixer upper. It may have been the single worst decision I have ever made in my life. Everything took twice as long and cost twice as much. However the one bright spot was Dave at Stat.He was great! The new heating and ac units have been outstanding and saved me a ton of money with PG&E.. He did everything he said he was going to do and more! By that I mean he finished ahead of schedual and under the estimate! When was the last time you got an estimate and got told it was going to be less than what the original quote was? He came and did the job, cleaned up after himself and left me happy to pay him. A true professional and a joy to be around. I even had him come to my work and fix the ac unit. That is a testament unto its own. Honest, professional, courteous and kind are just a few words to describe Dave at Stat . I could not have been happier with the work. Nicholas”

“Dave made time to fix our AC the same day when it broke during a heat wave. It was a great value, with an affordable fee for the visit and the part needed. He provided a clear estimate and completed the work quickly. While he was here, he replaced our furnace filter and suggested an upgraded version to consider. We had recently purchased a different version of our thermostat, and although the device was able to be switched out, we didn’t know which settings we needed to apply when doing the replacement. Although we meant to ask him when he was here, we forgot. We were grateful that he was able and willing to walk us through that over the phone! He asked us some questions to determine which settings we needed to choose. In just a few minutes, we are all set, and it works perfectly! Overall, Dave was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, generous, and provided a great value.”

“3rd company to come out they came diagnosed quicker then others free estimate then the quote saved me a lot more then the sponsored mainstream company and a good amount more then the smaller company who had a hard time diagnosing the problem. Now you can't beat that. Better pricing and more knowledge and experience in one company. Don't forget Dave the actual owner was very friendly and customer service oriented usually the owners know all to well to be listening to what you think it could be after a few Google searches. But he listened to all my crazy possibilities and it wasn't even one of them. Pretty awesome not going to lie.”

“A+!! So timely getting back to me, quick to provide an estimate and ended up having to do so much more work than initially thought... super cheerful about it and didn't adjust the price up. Even gave me some great advice on some poor work done by a previous worker on another issue. Will only work with this company on anything hvac related in the future!”
